Pick the kinds of activities you do β Work, Gym/Exercise/Walk, Cooking, Outing, Restaurant, Party β and add your own. Then a quick health profile (optional) powers the calorie & weight tools.
Lock the planner so it can't be opened without your passcode. Your data is encrypted on this device, in backups, and in sync. If you forget it, the data can't be recovered.
Turn parts of Log Food on or off. Foods come from a built-in ~180-item Indian library; log by serving or weight.
Barcode scanning, voice input, and syncing with Apple Health / Google Fit aren't available in this offline single-file app.
Your plan is saved in this browser. The easy way to use it on more than one device: download a backup, keep it in your cloud drive (Google Drive / Dropbox / iCloud), and Restore it on the other device.
Keep the planner fast over the years: move everything older than a year into a downloaded archive file, then out of the app.
Most people are happy with Backup/Restore. If you'd like your devices to update automatically, you can turn on sync β it needs a free one-time helper (see β Help β "Automatic sync"). It's entirely your choice.
